Welcome to CHS

Condo HOA Solutions (“CHS”) is an online resource/marketplace consisting of an Educational Platform and Service Provider Locator Tool intended for use by Community Association Managers (CAMs) and Volunteer Board Members (VBMs) on behalf of the Communities they serve. Our goal is to make it easy for community associations to find great Certified Service Providers (CSP) to learn from as well as acquire quotes on jobs or new projects.

Educational CSP Membership

As leaders and Advocates for Community Associations we have lobbied for Board Members and Managers to learn about their positions. Our goal is to be the go-to platform for LCAM Continuing Education classes. To date, we have over 20 registered Continuing Education classes and plan on offering a lot more that are taught by Certified Service Providers who want more exposure. As a Certified Service Provider you can offer classes on our platform and become the authority in your industry and build up a following.

Certified Service Providers are listed in the top 4 search results when a service is requested. It is similar to when you search on Google and their sponsored companies show up first. CSP's get their own full page on our website directory where we showcase them as the premier service providers for their catagory in the Community Association niche. 

Basic Listing on Search Directory

To be listed on the directory you must register and follow the approval process to become a CSP, you just don't get any additional benefits of our marketing.  All of our service providers are vetted and listed in desending order based on Membership level. A basic listing is has no upfront fees and can be upgraded at a later date. 

Getting Started

Please register your company by completing the 1st step below. Make sure you have access to your Insurance Dec page, Business License (if required in FL), and a Logo.  

One of our agents will call to verify and review your files prior to approval and release to the directory.  Please have those documents ready to upload before you start the form as it won't save your spot for later.

Step #1

To become a Certified Service Provider, (CSP) you'll first  register your company by completing the registration form below. All we ask is that you submit your current insurance, and business license(s) so we can certify that you have the basics covered before we list you on the directory.  The information that we collect will assist us with setting up your accounts and creating your profile in our service provider directory.
